This gathering will be a casual encounter with your peers, getting to know your fellow Christos alumni! Bring a beverage of your choice to our Zoom gathering. Our hour together will center around a topic or general question. Alumni Virtual Happy Hours take place the second Tuesday of each month, from 5-6 pm CT. Event is free.

The topic for February is “Embodied Spirituality: Listening to the Wisdom of the Heart” - Somatic awareness and its place in spiritual direction.

This session invites spiritual directors to attune to the body as a sacred source of insight. Through gentle somatic awareness practices, we will explore how physical sensations, breath, and the heart’s subtle cues can deepen presence, guide discernment, and enrich the spiritual direction encounter.

Please register by 48 hours ahead of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the event. Facilitator is Mike Hotz.
