In the fullness and demands of daily life, God’s presence is needed with a longing for a deeper awareness of the Holy and a more intentional way of stepping into our everyday ordinary life. The beginning of a new year is a good time to pause, breathe and listen.

Set aside a time to slow down, become attentive and listen for the life of God within and around you. Explore the ancient practice of creating a Rule of Life - a gracious rhythm that is rooted in Christ and invites transformation.

Through silence, prayer, reflection and Scripture, you will begin to discern a personal Rule of Life; a way of remaining in Christ while living your unique season, nurturing your relationships, practicing your values and deepening your longing for God.
