Narrative Righting: The Power of Story in Ministry for Spiritual Growth - Online Tending the Call Event

This engaging workshop for pastors, spiritual directors and spiritual formation ministers highlights the role of story in ministry encounters. Through teachings and interactive exercises, participants will learn how to become better story-listeners and how to assist others in telling their stories. Participants will also learn how to connect people's stories to God and God's Great Story, creating depth of meaning and deeper connection with God. Presenter: Monica Romig Green

About the Presenter:
The Rev. Monica Romig Green has been a practicing spiritual director and direction supervisor for twenty years. She is honored to have been the founding director of ESDA, an international spiritual direction network, and has co-authored eleven spiritual formation studies for Grafted Life Ministries. She is currently serving as Assistant Curate at Christ’s Church Cathedral in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. With degrees from Stanford University, Talbot School of Theology, and Trinity College Faculty of Divinity, Monica enjoys leading her original workshops and retreats on spiritual formation, improvisation, and storytelling called Play Without Ceasing (playwithoutcesasing.com).
