For those of you currently offering spiritual direction, you know that this ministry is both a gift and a responsibility. We hold sacred space with others, listen deeply, and accompany people into some of the most meaningful and vulnerable places in their lives. We were never meant to do that work alone.
Many alumni of Tending the Holy have experienced the value of meeting regularly with peers for supervision, support, reflection, and accountability. Some of you may have continued meeting with your original TTH groups, while others have found that sustaining those relationships—or creating a new group within your own community—can be difficult.
Christos would like to offer a pathway toward Peer Supervision Groups as a source of ongoing ministry support, professional accountability, and community for our alumni.
Join us for a FREE online informational gathering where we will:
Revisit what Peer Supervision is and how it can support your ministry of spiritual direction.
Explore why regular peer relationships are important for both accountability and personal formation.
Provide practical resources to help launch and sustain a Peer Supervision Group.
Invite those who are interested to join a group that will receive structure and support through May 2027.
For many of us, our time at Christos was a deeply contemplative and even mystical experience. We entered into a different rhythm of listening, prayer, silence, presence, and community. Returning regularly to a circle of spiritual companions can be one way of reconnecting with that part of ourselves—the part that may have been awakened or deepened during our time together.
Peer Supervision is certainly about becoming more attentive and accountable spiritual directors. But it can also be a practice that helps us continue tending our own souls. It creates space to pause, listen deeply, and remember that we, too, remain on the journey.

Register now to get launched into an online Peer Supervision Group! Please register by end of day Sept. 28, 2026. When you register, you will also provide information about the days and times of the week that work best for you to participate in an online group. Groups will be assembled in late September. You will be provided structure and support from October 2026 - May 2027. Cost is $35.
