Sometimes we get far beyond ourselves, stretched too thin, overwhelmed.  In our fast-paced and complex world, we are easily lured away from ourselves, and encouraged to focus on the external world to the great deficit of our internal experience. This can create anxiety, loneliness, and a sense of deep disconnection.  Thankfully, Love waits to welcome us home.  Love is patient, Love is kind, and Love makes a way.  Come, join with others in a day set aside for silent retreat which will include brief times of group reflection, Scripture, readings, and extended personal quiet.  Come Home to Love – to a place of rest, renewal, and re-connection.

Presenter: Lisa Harrell is a Spiritual Director and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in private practice in St. Paul.  She serves on the faculty at Christos and enjoys learning and teaching about personality, the Enneagram, human development, and personal/spiritual transformation.  She trained at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and is currently doing post-graduate work in Relationally Focused Psychotherapy.  Clay and watercolor offer her creative ways of engaging with silence and Sabbath.
