Have you ever wondered about what might be missing in your spiritual life? Or what you may have forgotten?
This day-long retreat is an opportunity to learn about and experience together a sampling of spiritual practices. These spiritual practices have helped many to live more attentively toward God, to feel and know and be seen, to rest in God’s presence and let go of “doing.”

Prayer practices will include a guided experience of Lectio Divina – a slow and reflective way to read scripture; Ignatian Imaginative prayer – allowing the spirit to draw us into the scriptures to encounter God; Examen, a simple way to reflect on your day.

There will be time on your own, to walk or sit and be still. If you’ve always wanted to explore Spiritual Direction you can make an appointment with one of the Spiritual Directors who will be available in the afternoon. Enter into a prayer-soaked day set aside for you to be reminded that you are God’s beloved.
