What is a mustard seed and how are you invited into this faith that begins so tiny and has the potential to expand deep and wide? Gathering for this day of retreat, you will wonder with God about what is resting or dormant; growing within you before seeing a sprout. You will have space to explore and be attentive to your life with God. This time will allow you to cultivate and strengthen your relationship with the Holy through quiet, reflection, teaching and individual spaces of engagement. Come and simply be with God no matter what size of faith seed you are experiencing. Includes long spaces of time for quiet reflection which may include outdoor walks and/or inside journaling, prayer and reading—all invited by three short talks by the Retreat Guide. Bring your journal and a bag lunch.

Retreat Guide: Robin Fraser is a Spiritual Director, trained in the Enneagram, Executive Director/Educator of an academic academy, retreat leader, Christos Tending the Holy Program Coordinator. She brings a multitude of experiences in gathering people around joys, concerns, and a variety of themes. Creating space for others to simply be with God is the heart of Robin.
